• Appointments with GPs and Nurses can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance either at the Reception or by telephone.
• You can also book 24 hour appointments and 48 hour appointments for a GP (subject to availability).
• If you have the need for an urgent appointment these are available to book the same day for the Duty Doctor.
• Due to the nature of the Duty Doctor clinic this may involve a longer waiting time than normal, your co-operation is appreciated.

Cancelling Appointments

• If you are not able to keep your appointment it is important to advise us as soon as you know you are unable to attend. This will enable us to offer the appointment to another patient.
