Clinical Team Consulting Hours

Telephone Lines are open as follows:

  • 8:00am – 6.30pm

(if you are calling to obtain test results or any other general enquiry, please call after 10am. In addition, if you are calling regarding the results of a recent test, please allow 7 days from your test so that all the results can be reviewed by your clinician.)

Please note the practice operates a routine appointment system, as well as morning and afternoon Duty appointments. The Duty appointments are for issues that need to be dealt with on the same day. However, this service is not a walk-in service so please call the practice if you wish to speak or see a duty clinician on that day.

If you require an appointment sooner, please speak to NHS 111 or in an emergency call 999.

The telephone lines may be closed periodically from 12:30pm – 2:00pm for staff training. During this time, the emergency line is still operational.
